Unlike many buildings
which are modernised and can lose their charm, we have
tried to keep the cottage in as original a state as
possible. The doors have low headroom, a steep stairs
leads to the bedrooms upstairs, with the main bedroom
off the stairs. The lounge has a real fire which is very
cosy in the cold evenings.
However, although you
are stepping back in time, we realise that comfort comes
first so you will find all modern facilities are
available including a television with Freeview, DVD
player, a stereo system, and there is electric heating
in the four main rooms.
Microwave, cooker,
fridge/freezer ,washing machine, coal fire, digital
tv, video, dvd, cd player, games
Electricity and all bed linen are included in the
rental and there is a landline phone within the
house for incoming calls.
This cottage would not
be suitable for disabled. |
